- Do you get easily worried or anxious?
- Do you feel down or flat?
- Have you stopped doing things that you used to enjoy?
- Are you over the age of 60?
The Emotional Health Clinic at Macquarie University is running an Older Adult Treatment Study (OATS) to compare the effectiveness of two psychological treatments for managing anxiety and low mood.
Both programs run for 12 weeks at Macquarie University, North Ryde.
This project is funded by the National Health & Medical Research Council and therefore there is NO cost for participating in this research.
If you are 60 years of age or over and interested in free treatment for low mood and anxiety, please call (02) 9850-8711 and speak to one of their friendly administration assistants.
