Rev. John Edmondstone, a Baptist Minister, has had an association with 2CH for over 30 years

John is the Religious Programme Director for 2CH on behalf of the NSW Council of Churches and is heard three times each day and on Sunday evening 8-9 on the popular hymn session, Nightsong.

John began his association with radio whilst ministering in Churches in NSW and Qld. He has broadcast on radio stations throughout the nation. In addition to his considerable skills as a broadcaster, John is a prolific writer. He is the author of several books, "Have a Good Day", "Another Good Day" and "Tell Me About God."

On 26th January 2000 John was conferred with the Order of Australia Medal for service to the Church and radio.
